Barbie Parker
Barbie is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma where she cheered for three years and was head cheerleader her Senior year. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in Communications. She was an instructor for the National Cheerleader's Association (NCA) and was a head instructor for three years. Barbie has coached and choreographed 15 NCA national championship squads and 5 ACA national championship squads. She started Spirit of Oklahoma Cheer, Inc. (formerly known as All the Right Moves) in 1986. It has been an exciting time watching Spirit of Oklahoma grow she looks forward to many more successful years.
John DePron
John has been a coach at Spirit of Oklahoma for 12 1/2 years. He cheered at Rose State for 4 years and has coached Rose State for 4 Years. He has been involved in power tumbling, coaching and gymnastics for 14years. John has coached many NCA All Americans as well as many college cheerleaders. He has been very successful in taking his students to the next level. John trains many young coaches in proper spotting skills and safety techniques. His technique and safety skills are respected by many. John will be coaching our all star teams this year in pyramid and stunting techniques. We are fortunate to have him and look forward to all he has to offer. He is truly one of the best.
Teresa Wilkerson
Teresa has been a teacher, coach, and administrator in the Mid-Del Public School District for 18 years. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Central Oklahoma and a master's degree from Southern Nazarene University. During her career she has coached 13 NCA and 3 ACA National Championship squads while at Carl Albert Junior High, and she now plays a big role in helping our Spirit teams become some of the top in the nation! Teresa prides herself on being a role model for young students, and she is a definite asset to our gym.

Jennifer Simpson
Jennifer is one of the top instructors and former cheerleaders in the nation. She was a National Cheerleaders Association instructor and was named to the NCA collegiate All-American team. She was a member of the University of Oklahoma PomPon Squad as well as the Cheer Squad. Jennifer is also a six-time NCA high school All-American, and in 2000 she was named NCA 3rd Best Cheerleader in the Nation.
Jennifer comes back to us from the west coast where in California and Washington she was head coach and choreographer with more than ten National Championships. In addition to her extraordinary cheerleading, tumbling, and coaching skills, Jennifer is First Aide and CPR certified, and she has received her NCA Coaches Certificate. We are looking forward to an incredible year with Jennifer. She will help take our teams straight to the top!
Zach Marshall
Zach comes to us from Missouri. He has been coaching and spotting tumbling for 6 years and has cheered for 8 years. Zach cheered at Barton County out of Great Bend, Kansas which is one of the top cheer programs in the nation. He is a past cheerleader at the University of Oklahoma(Go Sooners!). He is very excited and ready to show off his incredible talents. Another of Zach's areas of expertise is in co-ed stunting. If you are interested in college stunting, please let him know. Zach is very excited about Spirit of Oklahoma and we look forward to another great year with him.
